The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms, although not ready at check-in and smaller than expected with missing bedding for the pull-out bed, were still attractive with a nice layout and good amenities. The service was top-notch, very friendly, accommodating, and the staff really take pride in their work. The location was convenient for many needs but not ideal for visiting Mohegan Sun easily. Dining had its highlights with many choices but also some disappointments. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
